Burman is working with a London based university that is running a large cost saving programme that will include re-organisation, redundancies, and a company wide transformation.
I'm looking for a HR Specialist that has experience supporting re-organisations, employment law and worked on large transformations ideally in either higher education or the public sector.
Skills/Experience required:
- Supported large re-organisations
- Expert knowledge of Employment law
- Can run consultations and negotiations with trade unions
- Worked on HR related activity in relation to a large transformation
- Good knowledge of employee engagement and equalities
- Stakeholder Management
