If you have good all round knowledge of HR policies procedures and processes then this position for a HR Support Assistant will be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting the HR Manager with the day to day management of the HR function

- Managing the full recruitment cycle from instigation stage through to appointment

- Ensuring that all new starters followed and completed the induction programme

- Maintaining HR records, ensuring DBS records and right to work documentation is up to date

- Managing all employee matters including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances and absence management

- Overseeing performance appraisal system and ensuring staff appraisals are carried out
