HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship
As a Human Resources apprentice, you will have the opportunity work alongside experienced colleagues in the HR Division. The work could include handling day to day queries, recruitment campaigns, HR systems, supporting training programmes, to working on a range of HR processes, policies or projects.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Responding to HR queries from the business
- Understanding our HR policies and how they are applied
- Building relationships within with Centres of Excellence in HR (HR Delivery, Organisational Development, Policy, Resourcing and Talent, Reward, Employee Relations, HR Systems and MI)
- Working within Centres of Excellence to develop HR knowledge
- Developing an understanding of our HR system (Workday) and manipulating the data outputs
Future prospects:
Apprentices who successfully complete their professional qualification and apprenticeship programme will be considered for a permanent role within the FCA.
Skills required:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages - particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and sound relationships
- Supports colleagues within the team
- Maintains confidentiality at all times

Minimum qualifications required (e.g. GCSEs/A-Levels):
- Minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent grade C or above.
- In addition to 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade 4 (C) - 9 (A) including Maths and English.

Salary: £22,000
Working hours: 35 hours per week
