SalaryMy client, a southeast London Local Authority, seek an experienced HRBP to start immediately!
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR practitioner with a proven successful track record working in a complex environment/organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Partnering and Employee relations, experience of managing others and setting performance targets and knowledge and experience of working for a Local Authority.

Location We offer a hybrid working environment for our staff where you will work a minimum of 2 days a week from our modern offices at Laurence House in Catford (London). This is a temporary role for 6 months
Requirements:
- ER experience in an advisory capacity
- Local authority experience preferred
- Flexible attitude
- CIPD 5 or more
- Confident to engage with stakeholders
- Good team player
- Able to 'hit ground running'
Immediate start
Full time 35 hours per week / Hybrid
PAYE £29.66 / LTD UMB £38.42 per hour
