Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team.
We are looking for someone that has previous experience working as a HR Business Partner in either a healthcare environment, or a hospitality/operations area.

What will your duties include?
Support, guide and challenge business leaders with their HR agenda
Apply understanding of the business unit to develop action plans for appropriate response
Makes recommendations on identified opportunities for process improvement
Make date driven decisions and recommendations by reviewing and analysing human resources metrics on productivity, turnover, vacancy rates, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, etc., to identify trends and proactively assesses the work climate.
Supports organizational change, taking a leading role with any re-organizatons
Consults with management on complex employee relations issues and assists management with
assessment of performance deficiencies and development of plans to address issues
Provide professional HR advice and guidance in line with company policy and procedures to
relevant client groups
Partners with Centres of Excellence to achieve the people objectives
What we need from you?
CIPD Level 7 Qualification desirable
Demonstrable experience of working in a complex HR function at ‘Partner’ level or equivalent is essential
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Demonstrable track record of progression as a HR Generalist or Employee relations specialist is essential
Demonstrable experience of managing projects and delivering successful outcomes
Previous experience of working within healthcare and/or hospitality/operations is desirable
