As a HR Business Partner, supporting our global sourcing colleagues, you will partner with functional leaders to build the people plan & priorities that support the strategy. You'll also support in leading its implementation in conjunction with the Group Functions agenda. Building valued and trusted relationships with help you drive the People agenda.
- Use insight to define and drive the people and culture agenda for the Sourcing function to ensure organisational effectiveness through fit for future organisation design, ways of working, leadership, engagement and Board level team effectiveness.
- Coach leaders in using the tools and processes available to recruit, retain and develop their teams and create a hard-working and inclusive culture based on trust.
- Support leaders to deliver people and ways of working change effectively, including initiatives to improve business performance.
- Define the critical capabilities to deliver business performance and ensure the plan is in place to buy or build whatever is needed.
- Understand and communicate function/market needs to feed into the COE teams’ agenda, providing insight driven feedback to continuously improve.
- Work with leaders and their teams to identify future talent and coach leaders on strategies for nurturing talent, clarify career paths, manage colleague aspirations, and clear succession planning.
- Champion a culture of listening, sharing learning and inclusion so that colleagues can heard and perform at their best.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to influence activity and use feedback to improve performance.
- Balance the needs of multiple colleagues and priorities to continuously deliver impactful people plans.
- Significant HR Business Partner experience navigating a globally matrixed fast-paced environment.
- Able to lead change programmes and continuous improvement initiatives that drive business performance.
- Excellent Business Partnering and influencing skills with the ability to easily engage, build relationships with and positively challenge colleagues at all levels.
- Commercially minded with a "can do" attitude.
- Able to share messages to varying audiences and communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities, understand “what good looks like”
- Able to influence Group Functions initiatives and manage implementation at a functional level.
