HR Systems Analyst

HR Systems Analyst - 9 month FTC
* Salary up to £40k
* 3 days a week in the office based in London
I am working with a global law firm who are seeking a HR Systems Analyst to join the team to support the Senior HR Systems Manager with the day-to-day maintenance of the system and HR reporting capabilities.
About the role:
* Day-to-day management and maintenance of the HR System (SelectHR).
* Answering system-related queries.
* Producing regular and ad hoc HR reports.
* Supporting with cyclical HR activities such as, gender pay gap reporting.
* Working closely with management and wider HR teams to understand reporting requirements.
* Building relationships with external providers.
* Creating user access guides and training materials.
About the candidate:
* Knowledge and previous experience working with HR Systems, prior experience using SelectHR would be advantageous.
* Advanced excel skills and experience of reporting.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to build good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
