Excellent opportunity for an HR Assistant with an interest in HR systems to join the HR team of a leading law firm in the City focusing on HR Systems. Salary to £30k + highly competitive benefits package. Hybrid working.
If you are technically minded with good IT skills and some HR experience or have an HR related University degree and some office admin experience, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. The HR Systems Assistant reports to the HR Systems Manager and Executive and involves the following duties -
- Responding to HRIS queries from colleagues in the UK and globally
- Updating and maintaining systems data integrity
- Adding system rules globally
- Inductions for new joiners on HR systems
- Data reporting, audits and providing data for surveys
- Liaising with and supporting the broader HR team
- Updating HR portal and intranet with new information
- Ad hoc HR projects involvement as requested
You will require a keen interest in HR systems, data, and analytics together with good IT skills including MS Office. You will also need to have some HR experience or be a graduate with an HR related degree and at least 6 months' office administration experience in a corporate environment.
