An Exciting new role to join a well recognised business in the Midlands - Part time - Permanent ( 30 hours per week ) salary is £19,500 per annum.

We are looking for a methodical and highly organised individual who will enter a trainee level role working within an extremely busy and highly successful HR & Training department - You will cover all aspects of administration within this role to include :-
* Updating Delegates records on training received and required
* Devising Training packs
* Arranging Interviews an sending out written confirmations
* Support the department throughout the recruitment process, to include job posting's and interview co-ordination
* Assist in the on-boarding , co-ordinating orientations and managing documents
* Handling HR tasks such as maintaining all personnel files
In this role you will need to possess the drive and enthusiasm to learn as full training will be given to embark on this fabulous job opportunity in the HR & Training industry -
Confidence is key as you will need the personality, ability and desire to stand up and deliver training to new employee's ( again full training will be given)
