Roseway Labs is seeking a part-time HR & Training Administrator to provide support to a growing team. This is a new role and there is the opportunity to shape the working hours to your requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
HR
- New starter admin, such as contract documents, first-day documents and arrangements, referencing, compliance training, creating user identities on relevant systems, setting up key fobs and making IT arrangements
- Leaver admin, such as leaver letters, IT arrangements, key fobs and removing users from systems
- Reporting on sickness absence and holidays taken
- Providing support for disciplinary and grievance processes and performance management situations
- Co-ordinating the annual appraisal and objective setting process
- Gathering extra hours worked each month in time for payroll cut-off
Training
- Delegate administration and query management
- Preparing handouts and course materials
- Booking and managing training venues
- Ensuring payments are received prior to training commencement
- Reporting on training attendees for face-to-face courses and eLearning
- Requesting and gathering feedback from delegates, analysing it and reporting key themes and issues
Director Support
- Support the business directors with administrative tasks such as booking travel and accommodation
Previous HR experience is essential, as is the ability to write compliant HR letters.
