My client is a global law firm recently recognised for their excellent law firm training, they are now looking to recruit an analytical and resourceful HRIS Coordinator reporting to the Director of HR Systems on a permanent basis in their London offices.
The HRIS Coordinator will provide detailed functional support, including data entry of HR systems processes and reports, support and completion of Firm surveys, provide assistance with system, regulatory tax and statutory updates. The HRIS Coordinator will support the new implementation of processes and procedures through utilisation of PeopleSoft and/or viDesktop and other development and reporting tools.
The key duties will include:
- Providing support for the Payroll and Professional Resources groups analysing needs and resolving issues.
- Providing required data and analysis for various Firm compensation and salary surveys.
- Assisting in projects to streamline processes and decrease manual efforts where applicable.
- Keeping management informed of project progress and problems, as needed, particularly related to schedule, progress, or product.
- Assisting with user interface and process testing as it relates to application upgrades, tax upgrades and new development.
- Supporting the setup and implementation of annual staff performance appraisals.
- Undertaking administration and support of HR systems, including but not limited to the on-boarding and content management systems.
The HRIS Coordinator will have strong knowledge GDPR and employment legislation along with the ability to apply laws, ordinances, policies and procedures. It is essential to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, PS Query (SQL) and MS Access. The right candidate will have excellent communication, prioritisation and project management skills. The HRIS Coordinator will also have the ability to multitask, deal easily with pressure while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
