About the Role

As the People Experience Administrator at YMCA St Paul’s Group, you will be crucial in delivering high-quality and consistent customer service within our People and Culture services. Your efforts will ensure a positive experience for new members joining the Charity and our current service users. Your role is dynamic, involving the timely and efficient administration of recruitment activities and day-to-day HR transactional processing. You will act as a crucial liaison between our external recruitment provider and internal service users, aiming to deliver an exceptional employee experience. Additionally, your responsibilities include meeting KPIs such as SLAs and agreed people indicators in areas of general HR Administration. You will also provide practical and supportive service for colleagues, line managers, and staff and assist in the overall provision of comprehensive HR service for the Charity.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Lead the way in delivering a high standard of customer service for People and Culture related services, ensuring a positive impact on new joiners and existing staff.

Recruitment and HR Administration: Efficiently manage recruitment activities and day-to-day HR tasks, liaising effectively between external and internal parties to enhance the employee experience.

Meeting Key Performance Indicators: Achieve targets in areas such as SLAs and people indicators, ensuring the smooth running of HR Administration.

Supportive and Effective Service: Provide invaluable support to colleagues, line managers, and staff in their HR-related needs, contributing significantly to their overall experience with the Charity.

Comprehensive HR Service Assistance: Engage in varied HR tasks, including vacancy management, recruitment administration, pre-employment checks, contract administration, and other support duties as required.
