The key responsibilities of this role are:

• Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to H&S standards
• Ensure the business is compliant to all current and upcoming H&S legislation
• Have a pragmatic approach towards driving the 0 incidents goal
• Ensuring training and development standards are up to date
• Ensure site safety is at the forefront of the site's minds

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a background in:

• NEBOSH or IOSH qualified
• Previous experience of working for a food manufacturing facility
• Food Safety experience
• Collaborative approach to H&S
