HSE Manager / Supervisor

Salary:             Negotiable + 25 days holiday + pension + benefits package + excellent career progression

Location:         Deeside

Hours:             Monday to Friday daytime 

The Person:

• People engagement skills very important.
• Good interpersonal and engagement skills, stakeholder engagement and communication from operations to senior leaders.
• Able to influence and inspire to help build a culture of safety.
• The role may suit someone who has worked in a production role previously
• IOSH

The Job:

• Responsible for the Health, Safety and Environment systems and processes across a modern manufacturing plant.
• Assurance and auditing processes, reporting, KPIs and performance insights
• Analyse data and information and report writing to propose action plan
