Although no previous logistics experience is required, an interest in this fast paced industry would be beneficial.

The Role:
- Promote a positive health & safety culture
- Develop and improve health & safety management systems
- Manage internal audit programs (Including ISO)
- Verify compliance with health and safety legislation
- Support directors and managers in improving health and safety performance
- Implement, support, and monitor internal policies and systems
- Ensure quality and environmental objectives align with the business's strategic vision
- Keep up-to-date with applicable legislation
- Develop and implement training programs
- Analyse audit findings and incident investigations for improvement opportunities
- Support a culture of continuous improvement
You will need:
- Previous experience in Health & Safety Management
- NEBOSH Qualification is highly desirable
- Good knowledge of current HS&E legislation
- Ability to investigate to determine root causes and develop appropriate actions
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
