What You Will Accomplish Here…
The Human Resources Administrator works on a wide variety of Human Resources (HR) related projects including, performance and learning management, onboarding, policy implementation, and facilitating and conducting training. In addition, the HR Administrator is responsible for full cycle recruitment.
This position will effectively support the HR team by focusing on the following:
- Acts as a liaison between cross functional teams to execute routine HR duties, including coordinating meetings, creating offer letters, updating employee records in our HR system, etc.
- Completes digital filing and organization.
- Assist with recruitment.
- Assist employees with company policy questions.
- Maintains and updates the internal HR Records System, Ceridian Dayforce.
- Update organizational charts.
- Sources training materials/courses.
- Coordinates employee trainings and policy acknowledgements through the HR Management System.
- Monitor’s performance evaluations, ensuring timely completion.
- Assists with employee relations issues, as needed.
- Provides a point of contact for employee assistance for all benefits administration.
- Assists with employee inquiries on all leave of absence and related.
- Assists with maintaining employee data in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Performs other duties as required.
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience is required; Certification, formal training, education or demonstrated competency may be evaluated and considered in lieu of the experience requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Prior experience with Ceridian Dayforce is preferred or other HR System.
- Must have the ability to effectively present information, communicate with and respond to questions from employees and management, and write reports and business correspondence.
- Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties.
- Must have the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and exercise sound judgment.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
