NADACH Property Services are looking to recruit a full time, experienced HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.
Based in Tattenhall, Cheshire we are a fast growth facilities management company working in the hospitality and leisure sector, looking after maintenance requirements for a variety of pubs and restaurants.
In line with our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor who can provide HR advice, support and guidance on a daily basis to the Senior Management team. This is a stand-alone HR role with an amazing opportunity to help the business build the HR function. We require an adaptable, conscientious individual who has a can-do attitude, is not afraid to get involved where needed and can work within a team to ensure that overall objectives are achieved.
The role is a full time, office-based role, from our offices in Tattenhall.
Responsibilities
- Provide generalist HR advice, support and guidance to Managers and employees on all HR matters.
- Recruitment and retention of new and existing employees
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Performance Management
- Review and updating HR policies
- Ownership of our HR portal, including managing holidays and sickness
- Employee documentation
- Overview of current training practices and introduction of coordinated training programmes
- Manage any employee relations cases and take the lead on investigations
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR generalist role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to think on your feet and get involved.
- Be a team player.
