Human Resources Advisor (Part time) - GBP30,000-GBP35,000 (pro rata) - Stourport-on-Severn.
My client is a privately owned manufacturing company, who have been established over 50 years ago and is one of the UK s leading manufacturers in their field.
Due to their continued growth, they are now seeking part time HR Officer / HR Advisor, you will be providing support across the full employee lifecycle, ideally you will have experience of working within manufacturing.
The duties for the HR Officer / HR Advisor will vary from; -
- Inductions, including development of new corporate induction and running inductions each week
- Supporting requests from payroll
- Weekly preparation of time and attendance information for payroll
- Recruitment Administration - Writing job descriptions, placing advertisements, updating Company website and jobs boards, arranging interviews. Producing job offers and issuing contracts
- Conducting right to work checks
- Disciplinary / Grievance Minutes, return to Work Interviews and absence monitoring
- Exit Interviews
- Updating and supporting managers with training matrices
- Supporting requests from payroll, weekly preparation of time and attendance information for payroll
The requirements of the HR Officer / HR Advisor : -
- CIPD qualified or working towards being qualified
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a friendly and supportive team
- Experience in working within manufacturing.
