Human Resources Assistant

HR Assistant required immediately to work with our public sector client based in Belfast. This is a temporary full time post for a minimum of 3 months, with possibility of extension. The pay rate for this role will be £11.67 per hour, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am - 4:30pm on a Friday. The successful candidates will have an immediate start.

The main duties of this role will include providing administrative duties to the HR team, handling calls and emails, creating and maintaining records, ensuring the safe storage, retrieval and disposal of files, and assisting in the collection and collation of data for monitoring and analysis purposes.

• 1 year experience working in a similar role
• 4 GCSEs including English and Maths
