We are supporting an award-winning luxury retail client in their search for an experience HR Business Partner.
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Start: ASAP
Hybrid: 2/3 days office working
Location: Central London
Type: 6 month fixed term contract
This role is to support the commercial success of the business. Working with key Executives and the leadership teams, in the Corporate Functions, you will act as a trusted coach and influential senior HR partner.
Job Duties:
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing people plans for the business areas you partner as well as being responsible for ensuring a seamless generalist HR service.
- Ensure HR strategies and plans align with overall business objectives and engagement resulting in positive change.
- Partnering with your stakeholders on an operational and strategic basis.
- Responsible for Performance Management cycle including pay reviews and STIP.
- Organisation Design & Restructuring – setting up teams for future success supporting company growth.
- Support Complex ER cases with line managers, HRD and external legal counsel to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Special projects aligned to continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience within a similar HR role, ideally with an understanding of working for a Global company.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding and experience of the responsibilities of the role, particularly in relation to Talent management and org design.
- Previous Retail Experience
