Supply Desk is partnering with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Southampton seeking a committed and ambitious Humanities Teacher to join their excellent team. The school is eager to appoint a dedicated professional who can teach Key Stage 3 and 4, offering a full-time, long-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
This is a mixed Secondary School in Southampton catering to students aged 11 to 16, with approximately 800 students. The school has received a Good Ofsted rating and boasts a supportive Senior Leadership Team. About the role:
The role will be full time covering all areas of Humanities in Key Stage 3 and 4. This full-time role includes teaching all elements with dedicated time allowed for planning and marking. We are looking for a candidate with excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, and a positive approach to teaching and building relationships.

- Have recent experience teaching in UK Schools

- Proven track record of raising attainment
- Be confident and adaptable to different environments
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Be able to deliver Humanities in a fun and engaging way that students can relate to
