Your role
Under the direction of the Mill Manager, you will take ownership for maintaining and improving the cleanliness of the Mill to the highest standards. You will liaise with Team Leaders, Operatives, Maintenance Staff, Drivers, Raw Material Department Staff, Farm Managers, Office Staff, and the Mill Manager. To ‘live’ welfare as a condition with the opportunity to grow and develop via our bespoke Agriculture Academy. ‘Growing our own’ agriculture specialists and leaders of the future is something that is extremely important to Moy Park.

- Desire to work 'hands on' in an agricultural environment
