We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an ICT Contracts Manager to join a dynamic team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will lead IT negotiations, resolve contractual and supplier performance issues, and drive initiatives that deliver performance improvements and best value for money. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, enthusiastic, and possesses excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Day-to-day of the role:- Act as the first point of contact for suppliers from a contracts management perspective.
- Structure, schedule, and attend regular service review meetings with suppliers and IT Service Department members to maintain good relationships and meet service objectives.
- Maintain a record of performance against KPIs for each supplier, identifying service improvement opportunities and addressing obstacles impacting service delivery.
- Work closely with senior managers to maintain the Supplier and Contracts database.
- Assist the ICT Contracts & Software Assets Manager with the in-year contract management process for IT contracts, including technical and performance meetings and the annual contract review and negotiation process.
- Significant experience in Supplier Management.
- Extensive knowledge in performance Management: Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, and Continual Service.
- Hands-on experience within complex ICT Service environments.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management toolsets.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and situations.
- Understanding of IT-related procurement processes.
- Degree level education or equivalent in Contracts Management, or an IT-related subject with demonstrable Contracts Management experience.
