ICT Deployment Support Specialist
Salary: £16.63 Per Hour.
Full Time (37 hours per week)
Remote Working – approximately 2 days in office per month.
Our client is looking for an ICT Deployment Support Specialist to work within the ICT Services Department. You will join a small team of three other Deployment Specialists and will report to the Customer Engagement Manager.
The successful applicant will have at least 3 years’ experience in specifying, planning, development and delivery of training materials and user guidance relating to various ICT products and technologies; including Microsoft 365 suite, End User Device Hardware such as smartphones and internally developed software applications.
A confident presenter style in a remote/online delivery is key for this role and requires the ability to present and train staff in a face-to-face environment.
You must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in supporting users of all ICT Skill levels. You must be someone that can apply attention to detail and have a passion for discovery and learning.
Being able to apply innovation for the sharing of ICT skills and knowledge with our users to ensure they are confident and prepared to adopt new and changed technologies is key to this role. You must be highly motivated working on your own or as part of the team.
