Your new role
Providing administration support to Financial Advisers and their clients. Key responsibilities include assisting advisers to prepare for clients meetings,preparing meeting packs including illustrations, processing new business, accurately uploading information onto the company's CRM / back office system, liaising with product providers, being a key point of contact for clients regarding all administrative matters.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as an administrator gained within financial services and a good understanding of financial services products including pensions and investments and ideally have worked within an IFA practice or for a product provider.
