Working on behalf of this financial services provider based in Colchester, I am seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to deliver comprehensive support to the Financial Planner(s). This business is looking for someone who has a proven background as a professional Personnel Assistant or Executive Assistant from a financial services industry.
Job spec for the role of IFA Personal Administrator:
- Providing support to 2 Directors and 3 IFAs
- File preparation for private client and corporate client meetings,
- New and existing business processing from illustrations through to completion
- Report Writing and Cash Flow Modelling
- Communicating with Clients and Insurers
- Preparing valuations and collating / reviewing clients arrangements including pensions, investments and protection
- Responsible for Group Risk / Group Pension Schemes for Corporate Clients
- Reconciliations
As a IFA Personal Administrator it is essential you have the following skills:
- Previous experience of working in a similar IFA Support role
- Previous experience of working with Investment Wrap Platforms
- Extensive experience of working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience of delivering accurate, relevant and timely information
