Ifa Administrator

Our client is a financial planning firm with a strong reputation and an emphasis on putting their clients' needs at the very heart of what they do. The business provides advice across a diverse range of case types including Pensions, Investments, Mortgages, Protection, IHT, Tax & retirement planning.
The role involve supporting the firms paraplanners and financial planners with a variety of clientele. You will be an important part of the team working within the administrative function specialising in the back office and client support for the firms Financial Advisors.
Due to the fast-paced nature of the role, this would suit someone who likes being busy and a challenging environment and has previous experience within this role and sector.

The Required Skills:
* Experience of working within a Financial Service Firm, and preferably a financial planning firm
* Client focused
* Personable professional who is comfortable dealing with clients both written and verbally
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* An understanding and working knowledge around pensions, investments, the FCA and how a Financial services firm operates
