This role will involve working closely with our Director, gathering information and financial data, helping to set up client cases, liaising with product providers and dealing with paperwork. It's a critical role to ensure everything runs smoothly and our clients are delighted.
The main areas include:
- Maintaining client files, records, and paperwork.
- Ensuring business is compliant and meets regulatory standards.
- Liaising with product providers, clients and other team members.
- Collating information and documentation for clients cases.
- Diarising and checking for missing documentation and policy information.
- Completing and processing new business applications.
- Ensuring back-office systems are up to date.
- Ensuring processes are up to date and efficient.

Essential Skills
- At least one years experience gained in a financial planning or wealth management business in an administration role or graduate seeking to join the industry.
- Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines when required.
- Numerate, analytical, methodical with solid communication skills.
