Role
Day to day you will be supporting the office managers and financial planners to provide efficient, high quality and compliant service to the clients in a number of ways, including
- Processing new business
- Obtaining provider information to collate against client specific illustrations
- Ensuring compliance documents are provided when submitting to providers
- Assisting with research and completing reports
- Preparing valuation reports, performance documents and valuation reports.
- Completing withdraws.
- Updating relevant back office information.
- Client liaison with relevant queries.
