You will provide support to the Managers and to other members of the team in a professional way at all time, while enabling the smooth day to day running of the business. You will be at the forefront of deliveries, stock management and be a hands-on administrator who likes to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in! This is a varied role for someone looking to join a company who are going from strength to strength.
For this Office Administrator role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strong communicator with both colleagues and customers
Excellent administrator
Confident taking delivery bookings by phone and email
Accurately checking stock intake
Inputting correct details into company systems
Can prepare orders promptly and accurately
Can manage relevant documentation correctly
Confident in liaising with transport department
Providing administrative support to the business as required
