SalaryI am currently working on a great Estates Manager role for a client who is looking to grow their team. Day to day responsibilities will include:
Liaising directly with one clients, their solicitors and tenants daily, dealing with tenant applications and identifying and pursuing Asset Management opportunities - lease re-gearing, refurbishment and redevelopment, lease surrenders, dilapidation's.
Managing and maintaining existing clients' relationships at a senior level on a day-to-day basis identifying new business opportunities outside own discipline and passing on the relevant teams and working independently on most assignments.
Managing a team of people and leading them to deliver on high standards and in line with the companies' policies.
Undertaking regular service charge expenditure monitoring and reporting and liaise with the property management accounts team on production of service charge budgets, reconciliations, quarterly variance reports and rent raising reports.
The successful candidate must be MRICS qualified and have experience as a Senior Property Manager. My client is seeking a proven Estates Manager who is passionate about what they do, has strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant Law, and has experience on both single let and multi-let properties.
