Two Global Leading FM companies have merged, creating a National FM provider of Hard Service Maintenance specialising in MOD and Government Contracts.

The Built Estate Manager is a key role required to deliver the contractual deliverables within your designated area of responsibility and contribute to the overall performance at the identified sites. The role requires visible leadership and a proactive and forward thinking approach in order to ensure the Client needs are understood and met and the team you lead is supported effectively.
What You Need To Do The Job:
This role requires you to have a background in Hard Services with experience of building maintenance and experience in projects is also valued highly.
Essential
Demonstrable experience of managing and supervising staff in Property Maintenance or related field including:
- Management of the operational delivery of Estate Management tasks
- Leading an operational team to achieve KPIs
- Planning, directing and controlling activities
- Management of Safe Systems of Work
Experience of supervising site operations, including:
- Planning, directing and controlling activities
- Agreeing scope and priorities of work
- Proactive performance management
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions
