Who we are?
Integrated Metering Developer Services (IMDS) - Part of the Anglian Water network, the IMDS delivers the household and business metering programme which includes installation or new meters, replacement, audits and any trials that may be required. They also lay new or diversion water mains as well as connections to new or existing developments.
Key responsibilities:
This role is part of the IMDS OMC structure. The role supports and contributes to the smooth running of the Job Delivery Team and supports all Metering teams by: -
The accurate and timely raising of IMDS jobs.
Actively assisting in the delivery of a seamless meter installation and meter maintenance service.
Management of service delivery failures, non-compliance issues, complex file maintenance.
Challenge appropriately inconsistent adherence with metering process and policy via feedback.
Trend analysis of jobs not progressing within the SAP system, which may affect commercial performance and service delivery failures impacting the customer.
Monitor for improvement following project implementations.
This role is fundamental to the success of IMDS. This role will minimise handoffs across the end to end process for Metering, DS and Smart delivery resource. It will also play a critical role in delivery of work within levels of service. It will ensure processes are adhered to complete right first time & minimise rework & return visits. It will take a key role in ensuring IMDS achieves our ODI obligations with the prime focus being CMEX & RMEX.
The role will require strong organisational and analytical skills to enable effective and efficient delivery of Metering work. There will be a need to prioritise between front and back end workloads.
You'll be an expert in the use of SAP and enhance the process and procedures to deliver a first class service.
