This is a new and exciting full-time role responsible for leading and co-ordinating the day-to-day delivery of an excellent and professional Immigration Compliance and Advice Service at the Bath Spa University London.
Bath Spa University London (BSUL) is our new, business-focussed teaching centre based in vibrant Hackney, East London and is easily accessible via Hoxton and Shoreditch overground stations, as well as the bus and tube.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Immigration Compliance and Advice, the purpose of this job is;
- To lead and co-ordinate the day-to-day compliance related tasks required to protect the reputation and recruitment potential of the University by maintaining Student and Skilled Worker Sponsor status, as directed by the Head of Immigration Compliance and Advice.
- To lead and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities required to ensure accurate and timely immigration advice is available to BSU students and staff.
- To line manage the Immigration Compliance and Advice Officer(s) at the BSU London campus and line manage the Immigration Compliance and Advice staff at the Bath campus in the absence of a Bath manager.
About You
The successful candidate will have a significant level of demonstrable experience in navigating complex UKVI immigration rules and delivering a high performing Immigration Compliance and Advice function, preferably within a Higher Education environment.

Salary: £37,099 to £41,732 per annum (Grade 7)
