⚙️ Are you the missing cog to take our systems and processes to the next level?
 If you are, then hello! We're looking for an Operations Manager who is a self-starter and who keen to make an immediate impact, through a combination of:

• Supporting the expansion and transformation of our client advice services by ensuring operational service procedures are established, embedded and monitored.

• To manage and drive improvement of operational processes using KPIs and client data, ensuring targets are met and plans in place to address gaps.

• Exploring, implementing and enabling office and remote-working modernisations, including supporting senior members of the operational team to implement business innovations around remote-working software, HR systems, and integration of AI into our work.

• Alleviating administrative burdens so far as possible on our team delivering advice to clients, helping us to make an even greater impact on our community.

• Contributing to the design and development of robust policies that relate to office and outreach coordination, HR support and finance.

• Supporting our supervisory team in the day-to-day management of people and relevant office administration duties.

• Maintaining and developing office resources, including our office manual, IT equipment, and shared online and offline documents.

• Supporting the trustee board and senior members of the operational team in the delivery of their strategic goals and day-to-day administration.

We are invested in the success of this role by deploying Bright HR’s cloud-based HR management system and 24/7 employment and HR advice package and well as Assemble’s volunteer management system. You will also be supported in this role by an experienced finance and business manager who will invest in your development through exposure to new opportunities and experiences, and an operational team that is invested in office innovations through new technologies.
Salary: £30,000 per annum.

Hours: Full time, 22.5 hours per week. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required as we diversify services.

Contract type: Permanent.
