Implementation Consultant

My client are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their expanding team.
This position is fully remote working and offering a salary up to £60,000 DOE.
Job Overview:

The role combines deep product knowledge, business analysis and strong project management experience to deliver sustainable and profitable implementations that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

In this role your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Achieve personal target utilisation rates for billable activities.
• Gather and analyse the customer's requirements and translating underlying wants and needs into a solution design.
• Develop and document solutions and plans that meet the customer's needs.
• Plan, co-ordinate and manage all the company's resources and the delivery of agreed work products as part of the implementation.
• Carry out agreed tasks, including requirements, design, configuration, data load, report development, support user acceptance testing and training.
• Go live planning and guidance through a warranty period after go-live.
• Application of in-depth product knowledge and best practices.
• Quality assure key deliverables during the implementation lifecycle. Ensure effective contract management through pro-active stakeholder, issue and risk management.
• Identify and complete opportunities for additional consulting and license revenue (add-ons)

You may be required to perform other related duties as appropriate to meet the ongoing needs of the organisation.

Travel
There will be a requirement for some travel to customer sites within the UK and occasionally Europe

About you:

• Degree level educated or equivalent
• Project Management - e.g. Prince2 practitioner or equivalent accreditation (desirable).
• Extensive experience of working in a project or portfolio environment.
• A good level of project management experience
• Software implementation experience.
• Experience of working in and managing change in larger organisations - 250+ (desirable)
• Knowledge of a number of leading PPM products, including implementation experience.
