In-house Commercial Lawyer (12m FTC - Part-time)
Leading international FMCG with an array of brands and of genuine UK heritage is looking to hire an in-house Commercial Lawyer to join the team of 4 to cover a period of maternity leave.
You will be able to start end of April/beginning of May and the role will be part-time, 3 days a week or possibly shorter days over 4. In an ideal world one of those days will be a Friday due to current team set-up
The role can be remote (Uk based) or hybrid if you are able to or want to get to the Midlands HQ. Current incumbent is remote, so we know it works!
You will handle a range of commercial contracts and agreements supporting international growth and advise key stakeholders across sales, procurement, finance, operations and marketing. You will be able to support on broader issues such as regulatory compliance, IP Licensing and governance matters.
You will also be on hand to manage and coach a commercial paralegal in the team.
The team are well respected internally, so you will have the necessary commercial pragmatism and problem-solving skills to really influence and drive performance.
The contract will run for 12 months.
Salary 65-70k FTE plus benefitsRemote / Hybrid
