In-House Commercial Lawyer

Your new company
Our client is a payments company with an international presence employing over 7,000 worldwide. They are looking to hire a Legal Counsel who will report to the Head of Legal. The role involves assisting in managing legal business matters pertaining to the organisation in the UK.
Your new role

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating customer contracts for UK business lines.
• Maintaining and updating template documents.
• Reviewing NDA's and providing template contracts to stakeholders.
• Undertaking varied corporate work such as preparing board minutes, maintaining corporate registers and preparing filings.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-8 PQE (as a guideline only)
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
• 2-3 days a week in Central London or Wiltshire office
• Experience within a payments organisation will be an advantage but not necessary
