New Inbound Sales Executive opportunity! - £31,657 (realistic year one earnings)
We are currently looking to meet up with lively, enthusiastic telesales / sales professionals, with full sales cycle experience looking for a career in sales in the UK's most dynamic and successful business. You will need to have a great telephone manner and want to be part of a dynamic yet results-orientated Inbound Sales team.
The ideal Inbound Telesales Executive will proactively liaise with key decision makers completing all (or part) of the full sales cycle from initial Inbound Sales call to closing the sale whilst continually up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to further maximise revenue.
Responsibilities for the ideal Inbound Sales Executive:
- To take calls from new and existing customers in order to process orders
- Ensure that all relevant information you capture is entered onto the CRM database
- Work to agreed KPI's sales and call targets
- Warm calling, solution selling and following up on leads, negotiating, objection handling, closing and developing long-lasting professional relationships
Ideal Inbound Sales Executives will need to have:
- B2B or B2C in a sales or service environment is essential
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
- Track record of hitting KPI's and targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to influence and reach decision-makers
- Be fully up to speed with IT programs and Windows
