Inbound Travel Agent

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences? We're on the lookout for a talented Inbound Travel Agent to join our client's team and assist clients in embarking on incredible journeys.
Proven experience in both the travel sector and sales is an essential criterion for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Inbound Travel enquiries and bookings, ensuring a consistently high service standard across customer communication channels, including calls, webchats, and emails.
- Achieve set customer and sales targets (KPIs) in accordance with agreed-upon standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency and aptitude to promptly and accurately address customers' needs.
- Build rapport and comprehend individual customer requirements through attentive listening, proposing suitable cruise holiday options.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £21,700 - £23,800 + Realistic OTE £40k - £50k
Working hours: Monday - Sunday between 7 am and 8 pm (currently 1 weekend off every 4 weeks)
