If you are based in or around Burnley, and have experience of working in travel; be it retail, tour ops, or cruise, then we are seeking talented and passionate travel consultants, for an established retail travel agency.
Job Description:
- Working in a Retail Travel store, dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, offering excellent customer service
- Quoting a wide range of holidays from packages to tailor-made to suit your customers' needs
- Converting quotes into confirmed bookings and working to exceed sales targets
- Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in- depth knowledge of the company's destinations.
- Lead with exceptional customer service and have a real passion for people.
Experience Required:
We are seeking candidates that have previous travel industry experience, looking for a new challenge. However, consideration will be given to those candidates that are seeking a career in the Travel Industry and can demonstrate their commitment to this, and their passion for travel. For example, those candidates who have travelled extensively and have target driven sales experience, those candidates in related industries such as: cabin crew, hotel reservations, airport check-in etc.
The Package:
Basic salary: GBP22,000 DOE

5 days a week, Mon-Sat (Full time or part time - minimum 3 days)
NO BANK HOLIDAYS WORKED - We like to let our staff enjoy the long bank holiday weekends!
