Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to and manage incidents, minimising impact on operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate incident resolution efforts.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and maintain incident process plans, ensuring readiness for unforeseen events.
- Serve as a point of contact for communication during critical incidents.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Incident Management within the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and address complex incidents swiftly.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting incident management in finance.
