Role Overview:
Support the Incident Management Team and Senior Management in coordinating responses to emergency incidents. Maintain Crisis Management plans and assist in delivering crisis management activities in London and EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate responses to emergency incidents, ensuring staff safety.
- Maintain Crisis Management plans and facilitate training activities.
- Assist in delivering crisis management activities in London and EMEA.
- Manage Incident Management information and support horizon scanning approaches.
- Build awareness of Operational Resilience across the organization.
Requirements:
- Experience in crisis and Incident Management, preferably in finance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of UK regulatory policies on Operational Resilience.
