About the Team:
You will work primarily with the Behaviour Support Advisors but you will also be part of a team that supports schools to deliver quality teaching and timely interventions that improves outcomes for vulnerable children and young people with behaviour that challenges in our vibrant and diverse borough.
The team consists of the Lead Behaviour Consultant and two advisors who support primary and secondary settings.
You will work in a multi-professional way in partnership with our EHCP team, educational psychologists Inclusion Team, other educational support services as well as families to improve outcomes and reduce suspensions and permanent exclusions for children and young people
About the Role:
The role is to develop and maintain effective information and financial Systems and provide administrative support to the working of the two panels in its work to support the educational progress of pupils who at risk of suspensions and permanent exclusions.
