The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an Inclusion Advisor to join our Inclusion Services Team, to be based in our Holborn Study Centre.
You will work closely with the wider remote Inclusion Services team, contributing to the provision of service-related advice, guidance and training with both students and staff. Alongside the Senior Inclusion Advisors and centre colleagues, you will provide in-person support for students presenting with Mental Health, welfare and disability (which includes Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD)) related queries as well as the development and implementation of group work, and awareness raising activities.
About You:
You will have considerable experience in a similar role, delivering interventions across a broad and often complex range of issues, together with a passion for helping students to overcome challenges or barriers, and supporting and motivating individuals to manage and improve their wellbeing. You will have a willingness to learn new skills and contribute to the successful development of the service. You must hold a recognised qualification in Mental Health.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to prioritise and organise a varied workload, and have experience of developing and delivering training sessions. Candidates who have worked in a student counselling or Mental Health capacity are encouraged to apply.
