We are recruiting for an Income Recovery Officer to join a small charity on either a perm or temp to perm contract.
Main duties are to ensure both the client and resident income is maximised whilst providing support to tenants in managing their rent accounts. You will have excellent, demonstrable knowledge of benefits and rent recovery skills, signposting and leading residents to correct external partners.
You will be an ambassador for the company delivering an excellent customer service, whilst ensuring you do all that is possible to ensure tenancies are sustained.
You can work from a choice of offices, plus hybrid working an option, however, requires site based work and home visits, so access to a vehicle is preferred.
