I am working with a military charity who are looking to grow their fundraising team with the recruitment of an Individual Giving Fundraiser to play a crucial part of their fundraising programme.
Job title: Individual Giving Fundraiser
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000.
Location: Based in Portsmouth

As an Individual Giving Fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this charity.
Here's what your journey will look like:
- Collaborate with the Individual Giving Manager and Senior Fundraiser to deliver the Individual Giving Strategy.
- Provide support for appeals, regular giving, lottery, raffles, legacy marketing, and in-memory fundraising.
- Contribute to new supporter acquisition, retention, reactivation, upgrade, and cross-sell.
- Assist in creating fundraising propositions and introducing new products.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of integrated marketing plans through various online and offline methods.
- Assist in scheduling, writing briefs, and collaborating with suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent supporter care, providing feedback to donors about the impact of their gifts.
Your experience:
- You will have worked in charity, marketing, or customer service roles previously.
- Familiarity with CRM databases like Raiser's Edge.
- Tech Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 suite of tools.
- An understanding of GDPR, Gift Aid rules, PCI Compliance, and Fundraising Codes of Conduct would be great.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
