As the Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser, you will:

• Take the lead in delivering Individual Giving activity, from engaging existing donors to recruiting new supporters.
• Drive appeals, regular giving, lottery, raffles, legacy marketing, and in-memory fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop fundraising propositions and integrated marketing plans to reach diverse audiences.
• Provide exceptional supporter care and stewardship, ensuring positive donor experiences.
• Contribute to fundraising strategy, budgets, and activity plans, leveraging supporter insights.

Your Experience & Skills:

• Experience in meeting fundraising targets in a similar role.
• Strong end to end project/campaign management skills with a history of delivering within budgets and timescales.
• Experience with the acquisition and/or retention of donors, ensuring their lifetime engagement through compelling fundraising communications.
• Proficiency in CRM databases such as Raiser's Edge.
• Creative thinker with the ability to analyse campaign results for optimisation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
