Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser

We are looking for a Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser for an inspiring social welfare charity to be directly responsible for the delivery of Individual Giving activity through engagement of existing donors and recruitment of new supporters.
This is a UK home working role, witha minimum of once a month in the Hampshire office.
The Charity
An inspiring and passionate charity dedicated to helping those most in need, from elderly care, mental health with a vision is to ensure individuals and families are always valued and supported. You would be joining a collaborative team with a very community orientated work culture, offering fantastic benefits, including 30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. They have a staff of c83 people and secured over 11m last year.
The Role
This is a brand new role in a team of three, to lead on delivery of IG fundraising activity including multichannel acquisition and stewardship campaigns.

You will be scheduling, writing briefs, meeting with suppliers & key stakeholders.
Work with the Communications team or external suppliers to deliver creative/activity.
Write integrated marketing plans within budget.
Write copy/scripts as needed for online and offline activity.
Provide excellent supporter care and support/deliver activity to feedback to donors about impact of their gifts.
The Candidate
Two years + experience in a comparable role with experience in planning and delivering multiple fundraising campaigns.
Strong end to end project management skills with a history of delivering within budgets and timescales
Experience in the acquisition and retention of donors.
An understanding of different donor types and motivations including regular giving, cash, payroll and legacy.
A driving licence is required of the role to support business activities. A pool car is available.
