As a master of conversion metrics, you'll lead iterative design processes, refining supporter journeys and optimising our digital marketing practices. You’ll be at the heart of MSF UK's digital campaigns, offering strategic analyses, advising on channel enhancements, and fine-tuning post-donation journeys – especially in the influential realm of email.

Job Purpose:
The Digital Conversion Officer plays a role in maximising the effectiveness of our digital campaigns, channels, platforms, and user journeys.
They will work alongside the Digital Conversion Analyst, under the direction of the Digital Conversion Manager and in collaboration with the wider Digital, Fundraising and Communications teams.
The role holder will improve key conversion metrics such as donations and campaign engagement through iterative design processes; making sure we fine tune our supporter journeys and optimise digital marketing practices.
The Digital Conversion Officer will help with:
- analysing the performance of digital campaigns
- advising on how channels and campaigns can be improved
- optimising our post donation journeys specifically email
The post holder will be expected to identify digital trends to improve MSF UK’s appeals and campaigns.
The post holder is required to think holistically; to understand and buy in to large cross-departmental strategies.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Ability to think holistically, to think about conversion campaigns across diverse channels
- Experience of digital marketing and paid social media channels
- Experience in email marketing and modern e-marketing platforms
- Demonstrable knowledge of how to develop and optimise effective user journeys
- Up to date on UX best practice, design thinking and the iterative design process
- Ability to use design software or other web tools to create a variety of creative assets
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Confident producing analysis and reports for key stakeholders which provide actionable insights
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively in a dynamic but complex team and organisation
- Confident liaising with a range of small external suppliers, partners, and agencies
- Working knowledge of Google Adwords, Analytics and Tag Manager
- Working knowledge of UX tools such as Adobe XD, Hotjar/Mouseflow and Optimal Workshop
- Experience of using a CMS (Drupal an advantage)
- Ability to run small projects
- Flexibility and ability to work to very tight deadlines
- Experience in the practical use of personal IT equipment and Microsoft Office 365 suite. The ability to effectively collaborate and communicate within a hybrid working environment utilising Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and Yammer.
